Karns insurance has served the Karns community for over 30 years. We have built our entire reputation on providing excellent service and supporting the community. We have always been active in the Karns community. B Williams Insurance purchased Karns Insurance in February of 2018 and has been owned and operated by the Williams family since.
About Brian Williams
Brian has been a Knoxvillian since 6th grade and went to UT Knoxville after Graduating from Bearden High School. He received his first insurance license in August of 2000. He is married and has two sons and can be found most weekends either on the soccer field or at the Church at Sterchi Hills. Insurance is his dream job because of the mixture of people and interesting puzzles he has to solve. The goal is to have several small agencies and in each location is a key person who may someday own that location.
